Dr. Harper is a board certified ophthalmologist and is fellowship trained in vitreo-retinal surgery. He specializes in medical laser and surgical treatment for patients with diseases of the retina. Dr. Harper received his Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University where he graduated Cum Laude. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his residency at the Louisiana State University/Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Subsequent to this, he completed his fellowship in vitreo-retinal surgery at the Oregon Health Sciences University’s Casey Eye Institute. |
